Dr. Ahmed
Dr. Ahmed is affiliated with Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT, and serves as an Assistant Professor at both the University of Connecticut and Quinnipiac University.Dr. Ahmed is triple board certified in Adult Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. He specializes in providing psychiatric care with a focus on general psychiatric conditions and substance use disorders. He has extensive expertise in treating addictions to alcohol, opioids, stimulants, kratom, and other substances.
