What happens during the initial appointment?

The first appointment is a 60 or 90 minute session focused on understanding your concerns, goals, and medical history. We'll complete an assessment and design a treatment plan tailored to your needs, which may include therapy, medication, or other support options. Any recommendations will be discussed thoroughly, including potential benefits and side effects.

What happens during a medication management follow-up?

During a 20 or 30-minute medication management follow-up, your provider will review your progress, address any side effects, and make adjustments to your treatment plan if necessary. This session ensures your medication remains effective and aligned with your goals while giving you an opportunity to discuss any new concerns or ask questions.

How often will I need follow-ups?

The frequency of follow-ups depends on your needs and progress. Some patients may require monthly appointments, while others who are stable may extend follow-ups to every 2-3 months. If you feel the need to schedule an appointment before 90 days, you’re welcome to do so at any time. Our goal is to provide support that aligns with your individual situation.

Will my insurance reimburse me for out-of-network services?

Many insurance plans with out-of-network benefits offer partial reimbursement after you meet your deductible. Check with your insurance provider for details.

Can you check my out-of-network benefits?

We do not verify benefits on your behalf. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage and reimbursement rates.

What are the fees for services?

If you require medication management, we can handle most of this virtually, though occasional in-office visits may be necessary depending on your treatment plan.
